  • Cancellations are allowed before shipping.

  • Submit requests within 12 hours of payment.

  • Once processing or shipment begins, cancellation is not possible.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 applies.

  • Return items within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Products must be unused and include all original packaging.

  • Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping errors will result in free replacements.

  • Customer-provided incorrect details will make replacements chargeable to the customer.

  • No refunds for delays caused by customer information errors.

  • No returns for items in transit that cannot be recalled.

  • Pre-order/custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns and lost/stolen packages after delivery are excluded.
